
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products and services from Virginia AED Compliance (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products & Services
We provide:
Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs)
Related accessories (e.g., cabinets, response kits, signage)
Training materials and compliance support
Product details and included items are outlined at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Options
Pay in Full
If you select a one-time payment, the full amount is charged at checkout.
Monthly Payment Plans
If you select a monthly payment plan:
You agree to pay the initial amount due at checkout, followed by fixed monthly payments as displayed at the time of purchase
Payments will be automatically charged to your selected payment method each month
The total payment amount under a financing plan may exceed the one-time purchase price
4. Payment Authorization
By completing your order, you:
Authorize Virginia AED Compliance to charge your payment method for all scheduled payments
Agree to maintain a valid payment method for the duration of the payment plan
Agree not to dispute valid, authorized charges
5. Order Approval
All orders, including those with payment plans, are subject to approval.
We reserve the right to:
Decline or cancel any order at our discretion
Request additional information to verify identity or business legitimacy
If an order is declined, any payment collected will be refunded.
6. Installment Payment Agreement (Monthly Plans)
If you select a monthly payment plan, you agree to the following:
Agreement to Pay
You agree to pay the total purchase amount in fixed installments as presented at checkout, consisting of:
An initial payment due at the time of purchase, and
A series of recurring monthly payments
The total amount paid under an installment plan may exceed the one-time purchase price.
Payment Authorization
You authorize Virginia AED Compliance to:
Charge your designated payment method for all scheduled payments
Automatically process recurring payments on a monthly basis
You agree to maintain a valid payment method for the duration of the agreement.
Term & Obligation
This installment agreement is a binding payment obligation.
You agree to complete all scheduled payments
This obligation remains regardless of product use, satisfaction, or operational changes
Cancellation of the payment plan is not permitted after fulfillment
Ownership & Risk of Loss
Ownership of the product transfers to you upon delivery.
You are responsible for the product once delivered
Your payment obligation continues until the balance is paid in full
Early Payoff
You may pay the remaining balance at any time without penalty.
7. Late Payments & Default
A payment is considered late if it is not successfully processed on the scheduled date.
If a payment fails:
We may attempt to reprocess the payment
We may contact you to update your payment method
Default
You will be considered in default if:
Payments remain unpaid after reasonable attempts to collect, or
You fail to maintain a valid payment method
Upon default:
👉 The entire remaining balance may become immediately due and payable (acceleration)
8. Collections & Recovery
If your account is in default:
We reserve the right to pursue collection of the outstanding balance
This may include: Internal collection efforts Third-party collection agencies Legal action where appropriate
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for:
Reasonable collection costs
Fees associated with recovery of the unpaid balance
9. Fulfillment & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
Shipping timelines may vary
Products may arrive in separate shipments
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
10. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of medical and safety equipment:
All sales are generally final
We will address:
Damaged or defective items
Incorrect shipments
11. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to processing
Once processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible
Payment plan agreements cannot be canceled after fulfillment; remaining balances remain due
12. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain valid payment details
Use equipment appropriately
13. Training & Compliance
Training materials are provided for informational purposes.
Virginia AED Compliance does not guarantee compliance with all regulatory requirements. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product
15. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have an issue:
Contact us before initiating a dispute
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in further action.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
